The Role Step into the role of Visual Merchandiser here at Joules Head Office within our friendly and creative Visual Merchandising Team. This is a pivotal role for a visual storyteller who can bridge the gap between creative flair and commercial strategy. You will lead the end-to-end journey of our wholesale and trade show presence, ensuring every display captures the essence of Joules. Beyond the showroom, you will play a key part in our partnership with Next and our concession stores, developing bespoke retail strategies that drive sales. It is a busy, varied role that celebrates "the small stuff" while managing large-scale projects, perfect for someone who loves to mix design with data-driven merchandising insights. Working Pattern: This is a field-based role with a split focus between our retail locations and our purpose-built Head Office, ‘The Barn’, in Market Harborough. You will spend a significant portion of your time out in the field. Due to the nature of trade shows, store launches, and seasonal refreshes, a high degree of flexibility is required.
