Sourcewiser is expanding its managed services offering, and we’re looking for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive growth in this space. This role is focused on selling Manila‑delivered offshore teams. You'll help organisations build, transition or stabilise their offshore capability. You’ll work with Australian clients who want the benefits of offshore scale, backed by strong local accountability and a mature delivery model. You’ll bring credibility in relevant industries and the relationships to open doors early. This is a build‑and‑win role for someone who enjoys shaping solutions and turning conversations into long‑term partnerships.
