(Position is temporary, possible permanent) The Direct Support Professional II (DSP II) position is assigned a shift where the job requirements will involve training and support services for people with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The position requires work in a Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) group home. The Direct Support Professional II position is responsible for providing the following assistance to individuals: activities of daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting, dressing, cooking, laundry, etc.), medical monitoring and medication distribution, social skills training, behavioral management skills training, ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
