Job Description: - Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects. - Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices. - Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients. - Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays. - Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management. - Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor’s programme.
