Job description

Purpose: The IC Clerk will control the flow of work in/out of departments and help to foster a safe and productive work environment. The person(s) in this position will be cross trained to all facets of the distribution operation. They will help drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost savings as well as assist supervisors where and when needed. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations - Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems - Identify and record any issues or discrepancies relating to product, processes and/or quality including tracking and reporting non-conforming product - Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels - Manage the WIP report and any other reports pertaining to their particular tasks, track their areas rushes and priorities as well as perform any necessary cycle counting - Ensuring all labeling requirements is met in a timely manner - Integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy - Contribute to a safe and orderly working environment - I...
