In this exciting and varied role, you will execute initiatives through I2M (Innovations to Market) processes for the manufacturing site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant. How you will contribute: You will: - Lead independently projects within the scope of business development. Take full responsibility for project management. - Work closely together with other project team members. - Arrange fluent planning, scheduling, tracking and executing of the project. - Direct and independent contact with business unit partners concerning new projects & new product development, relaunches, promo activities, etc. - Arrange all relevant and necessary information for project from business unit side and operation (volume, timing, capacities, etc.). - Prepare comments into Performance Development Review reports. - Prepare relevant product cost drafts and regular updates on objectives, progress, project backlog, occurring impedime...
