PART TIME POSITION- OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING DAYS/WEEKENDS/ AND HOLIDAYS REQUIRED- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIRED $15.00 - $18.45 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all products on the salad bar. This person will be preparing items for the salad bar, mixing salad dressings, setting up and taking down the salad bar and soup bar, preparing to-go salads, sandwiches, and dips, training new salad bar associates, determining production and inventory levels, receiving and stocking product, and provide exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures - Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the kitchen provides - Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the salad bar - Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items - Ensures the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance - Delivers excellent customer service to all customers - Prepares items for the salad bar; g...
