We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our event department. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role for someone who thrives on relationship building, networking, and creating new business opportunities. If you are passionate about events and sales, enjoy being out in the community building connections, and want to directly influence topline growth with one of Canada’s fastest-growing hospitality groups, this role is for you. As an Event Sales Manager, you will own the end-to-end event sales pipeline, actively generate new business, drive repeat guests, and strategically grow market share across corporate, social, and community segments. You will lead a talented team while working closely with chefs, senior leadership, and hotel partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences that convert into long-term relationships and recurring revenue.
