Job Responsibilities: - Perform one-time comprehensive medical need assessments in an individual’s home. - Provide expert recommendations for equipment, service, and care that empower members to maintain independence - Perform one-time medical device training to patients with peripheral neuropathy - Complete straightforward documentation through our secure, user-friendly online potable accessible from any device - Participate in training to become a certified wearable device trainer - Provide education on use of the device Qualifications and Requirements: - Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist (Sorry, No PTAs or COTAs). - Malpractice/Liability Insurance (may be purchased at the time of job offer). - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments, and perform ph...
