Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking to hire a part time (32 hours a week), Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technician for the evening shift at the Fairfax Health Center in Fairfax, Virginia. This is your chance to make a difference in the lives of patients who are active military, veterans and their dependents. Shift: This position will be for the day and evening shifts from Monday - Thursday from 7:00am-3:00pm EST and 12:00pm to 8:00PM. Every other Saturday from 7am-2pm. Job Requirements: For MLT - Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. - Graduation from a medical laboratory technician training program accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). - Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel (NCA), or American Medical Technologists (AMT), or state licensure as a medical laboratory technician. ** - Two years related experience preferred. - Have and maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) from...
