Your Expedition (Position Overview) As a key member within the IT Enterprise Architecture (ITEA) organization, the SQL Server DBA will be responsible for both logical and physical DBA tasks supporting our on-premise applications including our ERP: Unit4/CentralCommand, as well as databases hosted in Azure SQL Database. Part of this job is migrating our on-premise version of SQL Server to an updated version hosted on an Azure VM. This will involve architecting for high-availability setup. This role will also support development initiatives for Direct Travel’s core stack. This role requires a blend of technical DBA skills and application-level understanding, with a focus on long-term support and knowledge transfer for Unit4/CentralCommand. This role reports to the VP, Enterprise Architecture.
