Amazon is seeking an intuitive, trustworthy, customer-obsessed and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join its Digital & Devices Tax team. As an Executive Assistant to three (3) Finance Directors, you’ll have the opportunity to work in partnership with our Leaders, key business partners, and a solid team of other Executive Assistants. You will be a fast learner with experience using sound judgment while working in a fast paced, goal-oriented, ever changing work environment, and have excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities to complete a high volume of complex tasks with minimal to no supervision. We are looking for someone who wants to be more than “just an Admin” and is a detail-oriented planner with a demonstrated ability to communicate and respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility and a sense of humor.
