Employer Services Advisor We are currently looking for an Employer Services Advisor to work as a critical team member in the Assessment Services Department. You will be accountable for ensuring employers operating in the province comply with the registration and reporting requirements of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act (the Act). You will play a key role in educating employers about WorkplaceNL’s employer programs and services along with the provision of user support for employer web services. Compliance and education are achieved primarily through day-to-day contact (written, telephone or in-person) with employers and their representatives, as well as through established processes which can be ongoing or at specific times throughout the employer lifecycle. Role Responsibilities: Some key responsibilities of the Employer Services Advisor include: - Ensures the employer file is accurately maintained and up to date.
