Leidos is seeking an Engineering and Process Improvement Manager to lead, optimize, and scale energy-efficiency initiatives across commercial and industrial sectors in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. This role blends technical engineering expertise, process optimization, and AI-driven innovation to enhance program delivery, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement strategies , leverage data analytics and artificial intelligence , and lead cross-functional teams to modernize how energy efficiency solutions are identified, evaluated, and implemented.
