Summary Statement: The Assistant Manager, Corporate Real Estate (CRE) provides leadership for facilities operations, space management, and building services across assigned locations. This role combines strategic and operational planning to plan an and maintain workplace environments that support IDA’s mission and business needs. This role requires expertise in facilities management, team leadership, budget administration, and vendor relations to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-focused workspaces. Primary Responsibilities: - Work in tandem with Sr. Manager – Corporate Real Estate, to analyze and monitor IDA’s real estate portfolio, identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, service level improvement, consolidation, or expansion. - Assist with financial modelling and collaborate on the creation of business cases to drive IDA’s real estate strategy - Coordination of budget preparation, monitoring spends against budget - Monitoring of service partner performance, undertaking trend analysis and identifying opportunities for process and service improvements - Coordinate market research in key regions working closely with service partners to assess trend...
