This is a fully remote position. Candidates from any location in U.S. and Canada will be considered. This junior level position will work closely with the entire clinical team in the US, Canada and UK and report to the Manager of U.S. Clinical Reservations Expectations: - Manage domestic and international travel requests received through our secure HIPAA/GDPR-compliant portal - Book and coordinate all aspects of patient travel, including air, hotel, rental car, sedan service, ground ambulance, and other specialized medical arrangements - Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and clients. - Liaise with pharmaceutical clients to ensure seamless communication and support for sponsored pati...
