Who We Want: The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading team(s) of engineers to execute complex software initiatives for small and large scale projects, ensuring our systems meet the dynamic demands of Arrive’s internal and external customers. This position requires a leader to navigate and champion change, to lead by example, and to collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of the Development team’s roadmap.
