Job description

In this role you will be responsible to assure the right material, the right quantity, at the right time for Aptiv customers and to achieve a customer satisfaction level of excellence. Reporting to Customer Logistics Team Leader and to the Production Control & Logistics Director, you will work in a team with daily communication between the factory departments and with the assigned customers. Your Role: Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, being responsible for customer order management and delivery schedule follow up, as a Customer Key Contact inside the Production Control & Logistics Department. Participate in customer meetings, understand customer profiles and strategic plans. Ensure customer communication, coordinate and escalate customer issues within the organization. Monitor demand fluctuation vs forecast, data analysis via SIOP. Support cross-functional internal teams (production planning, quality, warehouse and shipping). Monitoring of customer service levels: KPI reporting, pursue and analyze customer satisfaction level and logistic claims. Control and monitor Premium Freights (special shipping costs – outbound).
