Job DetailsJob Location: STRATEGIC INTERVENTIONS - CHARLOTTE - CHARLOTTE, NC 28262Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DaysEducation: A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Work experience: At least one year experience working with adults with serious mental illness is required. Three to five years' experience working in the behavioral health field is preferred. Position summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing services and oversees the medication system of a multi-disciplinary mental health treatment team. Manages an assigned caseload of patients, providing nursing care and clinical case management, taking responsibility to improve patient outcomes and to manage resources and assure cost effective, clinically effective, and coordinated services. Working knowledge of psychiatric medications is essential. Understanding of nursing standards, ability to work with members in the community that are not in a clinical setting and provide medication education to members.
