Position based in: Bucharest We are looking for a part-time student to join the Local IT Support team located in Bucharest office. In your role, you contribute to delivering support to internal users in an international environment. As part of the team your main tasks will be: We are searching for someone enthusiastic about learning to work in a large company in an international environment. Requirements: - Support for the opening of incidents and assistance requests from users. Work with the ticketing system. - Solving level 1&2 IT problems: user computers, printers, mobile phones, other hardware and basic network troubleshooting. - Keep computer systems running and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them. - Setup computers with Microsoft Windows. - Participation in the setup and equipment deployment. - Assist to ensure all devices follow ADP security compliance. - Meeting room local support.
