Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm. The Role: With our online Branded business constantly growing, Total Platform continuing to strengthen and our retail stores remaining distinguished for our customer base, our buyers have a big responsibility to create attractive and profitable product ranges across the business. Collaborating with many key stakeholders to make this happen. What You’ll Take On: The role involves developing commercially successful product ranges by taking the lead to build a departmental strategy. You will be responsible for selecting the best product, by building strong relationships with brand partners, displaying excellent trend insight & market awareness and by analysing data to plan across all categories. Collaboration with merchandisers, operations team and marketing is key to this process. You will be required to interpret sales data and trends to quickly identify new opportunities. You will also be responsible for spotting and recruiting the best brands. Effectively manage your team by delegating resources and workload, ensuring team members stay motivated and focused.
