Field Role - Florida Senior Business Development Specialist Are you passionate about driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and making a meaningful impact in hearing healthcare? Advanced Bionics (AB), part of the Sonova family of brands, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to strengthen and expand our partnerships with Hearing Care Professionals (HCPs) across your assigned region. This is a high-impact role for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a blend of strategy, sales, education, and field engagement. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to grow Advanced Bionics partnerships within the assigned region. - Identify, build, and optimize relationships with Hearing Care Professionals (HCPs) to drive qualified lead generation and organic revenue growth. - Deliver targeted educational programs and value‑added services to HCP clinics to support adoption and engagement. - Collaborate closely with Sonova sales, marketing, clinical, and product teams to bring new solutions and initiatives to market. - Plan and perform field‑based sales activities, including clinic visits, events, and regional con...
