Driver Helper Needed This is not a driving only position . Our drivers play dual roles for our moving company. Our drivers are H.U.N.K.S., and must be: H onest, U niformed, N ice, K nowledgeable, and S ervice-oriented. Looking to become a leader? Our leaders make between $14-$20 an hour with their hourly pay, cash/card tips, uncapped monthly bonuses, overtime, and other financial incentives. CDL/DOT accepted. We will train non CDL/DOT individuals as well. Responsibilities: 1. Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients. 2. Educate clients about our services and competitive prices. 3. -SAFELY operate our vehicles and participate in the SAFE Drivers Program. 4. Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, lights, etc). 5. Make sure your truck has proper documentation and marketing material. 6. Be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, how to market during downtime). 7.
