Your Opportunity This position will be responsible for tasks pertaining to office administration at our Stantec office in Dartmouth, NS. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, team-oriented professional who can handle a wide range of administrative or project support tasks. We are looking for an individual who is well organised, flexible, and able to provide timely, accurate, and professional support in keeping with Stantec's high standards. This position will fulfill 20 hours per week. Your Key Responsibilities: - Electronic and paper filing system and records management. - Assist with facility related activities associated with maintaining a safe and productive office (coordinating office maintenance, ergonomic adjustments, etc.). - Assist with office supply inventory and orders. - Collaborate with stakeholders for onboarding coordination, scheduling, and training of new staff members. - Provide support with office staff events, volunteer events, office gatherings, all staff meetings, and special events as assigned. - Handle special projects as assigned. - Reception support as required. - Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) knowledge would be considered an asset.
