Job DetailsJob Location: Estis Management Legal Address (K1) - Kilgore, TX 75691Position Overview: Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting multiple lines of roles and responsibilities such as: Benefits administration, performance management, recruitment, employment processing/on boarding, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, training, employment law compliance, payroll, development and implementation for both policies and procedures. Qualifications: - Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel - Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual - Performs benefits administration - Recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, and Interns - Understanding of FLSA and Multi-state payroll regulations - Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems - Manage company leave programs by effectively interpreting FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities - Annual reporting, su...
