Learning Development Specialist/Senior Specialist

Job description

As an Individual Contributor, this role contributes to the design and delivery of learning programs that support organizational development. It partners with business units to assess training needs, develops instructional content, and leads corporate-wide initiatives to enhance employee performance. Specialist: - Training Consultation and Development – Consults with business units to identify and design specialized training programs. Conducts a needs assessments, manages vendor relationships, and provides performance improvement consulting. Delegates and tracks project progress. - Corporate Initiative Leadership – Leads or participates in corporate-wide initiatives by developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, and managing deliverables. Collaborates with internal clients and consultants to ensure alignment with business goals. - Instructional Content Creation – Designs and delivers e-learning and instructor-led training using multimedia elements such as video, animation, and simulations.
