Job Overview: The Superintendent Civil oversees daily civil construction activities on site, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Supervise all civil works (earthworks, foundations, concrete, structures, utilities). - Conduct regular site inspections and verify progress against schedule. - Implement and enforce the project’s Quality Control Plan and review ITPs. - Perform quality inspections, monitor test results (e.g., concrete, compaction), and ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., DIN/EN). - Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality documentation. - Enforce HSE rules and support safe work practices. - Maintain daily reports, records, and support as‑built documentation. - Communicate effectively with engineering, construction management, and subcontractors.
