Rental Coordinator

The Opportunity The Rental Coordinator is responsible for providing the customer base with long- and short-term rental equipment, from the original quote to final invoice. Works closely with rental sales representatives and customers, as well as current product manufacturers and suppliers. Makes arrangements for t he transportation of all rental equipment to customers, prepares quotes and completes rental contracts, and invoices customers. Builds strong relationships with re-renters and suppliers, ensuring product availability is managed effectively and aligned with rental demand. The Role: - Orders and tracks all rentals, re-rent, rent to purchase, purchases of cable and distribution, generators, and any key components for rental orders input by the rental sales representatives and rental managers; maintains close vigilance on any back order rentals for rental products or components. - Builds or enhances relationships with current re-renters and suppliers through regular communication that focuses on current and future demand for rental products and services, as well as any changes in current organizational procedures or policies. - Assists rental sales representatives in building...
