Job description

The IT Support Specialist is primarily responsible for configuring, maintaining, and deploying firm computers. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and affect repair on firm technology equipment, provide on-site, telephone and remote support to all firm employees, and maintain inventory of all computer systems including sign-out equipment. Where You'll Work: The IT Support Specialist is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time at our Columbus, Ohio office. What You'll Do: - Provide onsite helpdesk support to the local office, as well as remote support to all other locations. - Assist all technical support teams and serve as a resource for Level 1 Support Technicians on difficult tickets. - Work to improve Helpdesk processes and efficiencies. - Manage repairs of computer equipment. - Maintain technology inventory. - Build and deploy computers and coordinate hardware repairs with vendors. - Set up, train and maintain firm dictation and transcription equipment. - Perform basic phone programming. - Record and track all support activities using IT support software. - Provide support for personal mobile devices and general computer or printing problems whether onsite or remo...
