Our Staff Counsel team is currently seeking a Regional Managing Attorney Staff Counsel to oversee our California workers’ compensation law practice. This position is based in the Glendale, California law office and is hybrid. Position Overview: Leads the West Coast Workers’ Compensation law practice within the Staff Counsel organization, serving as the primary liaison to Claims and line-of-business leadership. This role is responsible for driving execution of California-specific workers’ compensation strategies, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective legal representation, and leading a team of attorneys and support staff (approximately 10–15 employees).
