The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, shotblasting, painting, and finishing a wide range of plant machinery to a high industry standard. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation: Shotblast components and machinery to remove rust, old coatings, and surface contaminants. Clean, degrease, and prepare surfaces prior to painting. Mask and protect areas not to be painted. Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure surfaces meet required standards before coating.
