Overview: The Senior Manager, Product Technology (Product Owner) represents the product vision and business priorities, ensuring that Chemille’s development efforts deliver maximum value to the organization and end users. The role enables effective execution by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and guiding day‑to‑day prioritization within an Agile development team. This position will be an on-site role at one of the following Celanese locations (Florence, Kentucky; Auburn Hills, Michigan; Irving, Texas; or Winona, Minnesota). Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Responsible for delivery of Chemille development objectives. - Understands the value proposition of development objectives and advocates for highest value activities. - Defines timing and priorities for activities within release schedules. - Ensures business requirements are clearly defined for development work. - Creates alignment on business requirements for features across stakeholder and partnering organizations. - Defines options for adjusting feature/release scope and timing when needed. - Partners with the IT organization to define resourcing requirements for development objectives.
