Job Overview A Multi Trades Worker performs entry-level to journey-level work in one or more building trades (such as plumbing, electrical, masonry/finisher, painting, roofing, and welding) and involve the maintenance, repair, alteration, and construction of fixtures, equipment, and facilities. Ideal Candidate Profile (Recommended): The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following: Will have excellent customer service skills and initiative, An intermediate skill level in computer proficiency and familiarity working with an integrated database, Attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to work independently as well as an effective team member, Strong work ethic and ability prioritize multiple tasks and follow through in a timely manner.
