The Temporary Turn Associate will provide temporary assistance during turnover at a student housing apartment community. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administration and maintenance tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills. What You’ll Do: · Perform touch up painting as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. · - Assist with necessary repairs and improvements to vacant student apartments prior to move-in. - Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed. - Support expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment. - Ensure adherence to the company's safety and hazard communications programs, policies and procedures - Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect. - Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude. - Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned What You’ll Need: - N...
