DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking three professionals to join its Greenfield Contract Logistics site in Mosnov, Czech Republic as Quality Claims Coordinators . As Quality Claims Coordinator , you will play a key role in connecting our operations with the customer, ensuring that quality claims are handled with clarity, speed, and professionalism. You will support the full claim process from investigation and documentation to resolution, contributing to smooth warehouse and logistics operations. These roles are offered on a shift schedule (morning and afternoon). Your Responsibilities: - Reviewing and managing quality claims assigned to the operation in relevant systems. - Coordinating investigation activities across internal functions and ensuring timely collection of required data. - Providing structured feedback to the customer (BMW) on investigation results, including root cause and corrective actions, cooperating with the Quality Engineer when necessary. - Preparing and submitting 8D reports in line with customer requirements and timelines, cooperating with the Quality Engineer when nece...
