This is a key technical position offering the opportunity to deepen your expertise across our product range while playing a pivotal role in supporting our global dealer and customer network. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer , you will act as a technical authority, working closely with dealers to diagnose complex machine issues, establish root causes, and implement effective, long‑term solutions that maximise machine uptime and customer satisfaction. You will contribute directly to product reliability and continuous improvement through structured feedback into engineering and quality teams.
