About the Role: Our Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) Drivers are roadside heroes and trusted brand ambassadors for CAA Niagara. Combining strong customer service skills with mechanical and technical aptitude, ERS Drivers provide timely, professional, and compassionate roadside assistance to our members when they need it most.
