The AI Platform team builds the tools that help SumUp merchants run their businesses more intelligently. At the centre of this is Edge, SumUp's AI-powered assistant, which spans insights, automation, document processing, and market intelligence across millions of merchant interactions. We're growing fast, and we need sharp, curious people who can help us move from ideas to working product. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won't be shadowing, you'll be contributing to live initiatives, writing structured requirements, and working directly alongside engineers, data scientists, and designers to shape what gets built next.
