Job description

The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. The Trainee will be part and responsible to support the logistics operational excellence team in Visp and it’s project leads within the execution of EO improvement/efficiency projects. The trainee will support from the definition phase to the improvement / implementation phase to optimize E2E Logistics processes at the visp site. The role of this person is to support and maintain structures (e.g. organization, decision, communication, documentation flows, in accordance with project management, in order to respect project management processes and increase project team efficiency. The hired candidate will be responsible for specific project tasks. These tasks will include developing metrics, tracking progress, prepare and orchestrate workshops and reporting to management. The purpose is to assist project leads and the logistics teams.
