The Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of assisting and coordinating the supporting bakery maintenance team to achieve a safe and efficient completion of the workload. The Maintenance Supervisor is also accountable for execution of preventative maintenance schedules for process equipment and maintaining up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures. Lewis Bakeries operates on a 24-hour continuous schedule; the Maintenance Supervisor must be available as needed.
