Job Summary Aptive Resources is seeking a Workgroup Support and Field Engagement Specialist to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM). This role serves as a key liaison between program leadership and field-based stakeholders, including clinicians, biomedical staff, and facility leadership, to ensure alignment, communication, and successful implementation of program initiatives. The Specialist will facilitate collaboration across workgroups, helping to translate program priorities into actionable activities while gathering feedback from the field to inform continuous improvement and enhance adoption of telehealth solutions across VA medical centers. Primary Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include coordinating and supporting workgroup meetings, preparing materials and summaries, and tracking action items and deliverables across stakeholder groups. The Specialist will engage directly with field sites to support implementation efforts, identify challenges, and elevate risks or best practices to program leadership.
