Position Summary Working both autonomously and as part of the interdisciplinary team, the PPS Coordinator is responsible for the group process that produces and accurate IRF-PAI. Gathers the treatment team’s scores, validates them with documentation in the official medical record. Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field preferred. Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in an inpatient rehab setting preferred or a minimum of two (2) years in the field of rehab case management preferred. Experience with FIMS and IRF-PPS highly preferred. Licenses/Certificate: State licensure for Registered nurse. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required.
