Hybrid or remote, the work setup choice is yours. 🎯 What You'll Own Be a Product expert: Develop deep expertise in our product to troubleshoot issues and provide clear, actionable guidance to customers. Customer Advocacy: Manage and resolve customer inquiries across chat and email, ensuring delivery of consistent and high-quality support. Process Excellence: Learn and apply our internal playbooks to maintain high-quality support standards while suggesting ways we can do things better or can be AI-automated.
