Account Representative – Packaging (Northwestern region)

Job description

Job Summary The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with current accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the STAM team through customer service, sales enablement, and operational coordination. This role ensures customer needs are met, internal communication flows smoothly, and regional sales efforts are supported effectively. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management & Service: Services and maintains positive relationships with the current customer base. Resolves customer problems in a timely and professional manner. Conducts customer visitations and manages customer return claims and related issues. Identifies customer needs and presents solutions by recommending product enhancements or modifications. Supports customer service efforts and promotes travel avoidance when appropriate. Sales Growth & Market Development: Generates new sales by promoting product lines to new and existing customers. Monitors sales activity and market trends in assigned regions.
