Senior Director of Development, Legacy & Gift Planning

Job description

Responsible for directing and managing all fundraising activities related to the acquisition of planned gifts including trusts and bequests, gifts of assets or life insurance proceeds or gift annuity plans. Work with Foundation and leadership to develop and implement a strategic plan designed to identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with key planned giving donors and prospects and professional advisors. Direct marketing and operational activities designed to support planning, execution and fulfillment of program goals. Be a key resource for all portfolio holders around legacy and trust services. Legacy Program Leadership : Drive the strategic direction and operational oversight of the comprehensive legacy program, managing complex estate administration, budget tracking, and high-level stakeholder engagement to ensure industry-leading excellence in planned giving.
