GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Rapid Rehousing Case Manager is a grant-funded position focused on providing case management and rental assistance to homeless individuals, families, and youth in Marion and Polk Counties. The person in this role will provide direct services to individuals, which include; eligibility screening, program enrollment, participant follow-ups and check-ins. Case managers will also be responsible for processing required paperwork, data entry and other general program supports. This position will directly align with the Housing First initiatives. This is a Day Shift 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A High School Diploma or GED and two years of related social service experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideal candidates will possess a college degree or specialized training with two or more years of homeless service delivery experience.
