The Role: The Manager, Project Reporting position reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Analytics and is responsible for the research, analysis, and collection of data to support reporting and insights. The incumbent manages the production of quarterly status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics (for PMs) while collaborating with Directors of International Projects, Canadian Branch Projects, and Corporate Premises Projects to ensure accuracy in project statuses and information stored in the database. Additionally, they identify areas of concern such as budget overruns and project schedule delays and assist Directors in setting annual project budgets. The role also includes driving process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency through automation and digital solutions, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
