Homewatch Caregivers an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a The Care Delivery & Quality Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Franchise Owners and their teams to provide high quality care services delivered by skilled and compassionate caregivers. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to elevate the care experience for clients and ongoing training and retention of caregivers. Uses daily discretion in communications to franchise owners as it relates to Care Delivery support. Responsibilities Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: - Reports to Manager of Compliance & Care Delivery Initiatives - Point person for the online learning management system (LMS) - Create franchise locations in the LMS and onboard and support franchise owners, and their teams - Create and update Care Delivery and Ongoing Education resources - Support care delivery areas of the agency management system (AMS) - Generate reports from the LMS and the AMS that will identify opportunities for increased support for care delivery and caregiver training - Participate in rese...
