The Salvation Midtown Services & Treatment Center is looking for a Housing Outreach Liaison, this individual will monitor all activities associated with the Substance Abuse Program including Detox, Residential and Outpatient Treatment Program. Perform duties of an Associate Substance Abuse Counselor and related duties to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy therapeutic environment, assisting clients with achieving their therapeutic goals. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, $45,000 per year. 2900 Washington Ave, St. Louis, Missouri Essential Functions: Full Job Description available at time of interview. - Conduct client evaluation interviews, assess type of treatment required, develop treatment plan; include screenings and intakes when admitted into treatment. - Perform clients’ breathalyzer and urinalysis. - Conduct routine search and seizure procedures. - Orient clients upon admission into the program. - Conduct financial screenings and accept clients according to the program policy guidelines. - Answer phones and conduct screening and place on waitlist or refer to Intake Coordinator. - Counsel detox clients about treatment options in the program; refer to other agencies, as...
