Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: The Director of Finance – Acute Care provides strategic and operational financial leadership for Trinity Health Of New England’s acute care hospitals. Reporting to the Regional CFO, this role oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital strategy, while collaborating closely with system, regional, and hospital leadership. The position serves on the Saint Francis Hospital Senior Leadership Team and plays a critical role in driving financial stewardship, sustainability, and performance in a complex healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic finance leadership for acute care hospitals in partnership with the Regional CFO. Lead operating and capital budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for acute care entities. Prepare and deliver consolidated operating and capital budgets for Trinity Health of New England. Oversee financial performance management, including ET-9/OEI reporting and target achievement initiatives.
